AWOKE India - Finance Carnival on "Post-Covid Challenges and Opportunities in the Financial Sector"

Finance Carnival on "Post-Covid Challenges and Opportunities in the Financial Sector" was held at the National PG College (NPGC) on Saturday, 26 March 2022. The two-day international conference was jointly organized by the NPGC commerce department and AWOKE India. As part of the celebration, the Department hosted sessions on finance-related topics, followed by a Kathak recital.

The introductory speech was beautifully delivered by Dr. Jyoti Bhargava, Organizational Secretary, Faculty of Commerce, and Mr. Praveen Dwivedi, Founder and Chairman, AWOKE India Group. After receiving the blessing of Mr. Ujjwal Raman Singh, the Director of NPGC and Chief Sponsor of the conference, Special Guest of Honour, His Excellency Mr. Akhilesh Mishra, Ambassador of India to Ireland practically addressed the audience.

Mr. Nageshwara Rao, Vice-Chancellor, IGNOU, Rahul Singh, Investment Banker, and Business Management Analyst, and Dr. Teresa Jacob, Director of Learning, ISDC, UK, also addressed the crowd, on the nitty-gritty of the financial sector, through virtual medium.

AWOKE India's team connected with students on the campus explaining the Importance of financial planning at a young age, also made students aware of how to be ready for different challenges by being trained accordingly.

The first day of Carnival ended on a high note through Kathak recital and the second day was in equally high spirits, as it ended with the Valedictory session.
