AWOKE India - School of Management Science signs an MOU with AWOKE India for Financial Management amongst students

The Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the School of Management Sciences, Lucknow with AWOKE India Group on 15th February 2022 Tuesday at 03:00 pm

This MOU aims at enhancing the employability of students with practical and on-the-job learning in the area of financial management. AWOKE India Group in collaboration with SMS, Lucknow will provide mentoring & guidance to students for Entrepreneurship and Financial Management.

The MOU was signed by Prof. Dr. Manoj Mehrotra, Director, School of Management Sciences, Lucknow, and Mr. Pravin Kumar Dwivedi, Director, AWOKE India Group.

Abhinav Dwivedi, Senior Manager, Corporate Relations, SMS, Lucknow welcomed all the guests & moderated the signing ceremony. Prof. Dr. Manoj Mehrotra was keen with this MOU on promoting Apprenticeship-hands training for students to help gain knowledge on the Finance Sector and promoting Entrepreneurship amongst youth.

Mr. Pravin Dwivedi, President, AWOKE India Foundation, Lucknow advised that students need to build financial acumen before entering into employment. Learning practical aspects of finance sooner than later makes life much better in all respects. He also interacted with the students and answered many of their questions. Students from the Department of Commerce, and Economics participated in this program.

Student from the Department of Commerce Mr. Sudhanshu asked questions on the challenges that come after setting up a company and the use of resources.

The other dignitaries present on the occasion from the School of Management Sciences were Dr. Manoj Mehrotra, Director, SMS, Lucknow, Surendra Srivastava, GM Corporate Affair, and Faculty Members from SMS, Lucknow, And dignitaries present from AWOKE India were Mr. Sajal Srivastava, Social Media Expert, and Ms. Priya Yadav, Design and Communication.
